Stark Bank Suite

How do you translate a bank that was born digital, grew exponentially, and is now a reference in technology and innovation into a physical space? This was the question that guided Superlimão when designing the Stark Bank Suite at Allianz Parque. The new suite brings the same logic that shaped Stark Bank's office to the stadium: a parametric, flexible, technological, and surprisingly welcoming architecture. Inspired by the bank's essence—with no physical branches and focused on companies seeking efficient financial solutions—the project explores the most advanced digital processes. From the development, using proprietary parametric tools, to the execution, handled with prefabricated parts and assembled in just four days, everything was designed to be fast and precise. Architecture in Motion Flexibility is the star: everything was designed to adapt to different uses—a game, a concert, or a private event. Triangular tables can be rearranged in seconds, creating everything from small conversation circles to a single large table. The bar is also mobile: when retracted into the wall, it becomes a self-service station on game days; when opened, it serves as a full bar for concerts or private events. The ceiling, designed as a frame for the field, frames the view and guides the eye. Parametrics, Biophilia, and Warmth Just like at the Stark office, the suite combines organic lines, parametric forms, and natural elements. Biophilia softens the technology and enhances the sensory experience. Materials and choices balance this dialogue: raw stone at the bar, versatile furniture, many plants, and programmable lighting for different scenarios (at Allianz, it's always blue during concerts, due to technical requirements). More than just a hospitality space, the Stark Suite is an extension of the bank's own culture—a synthesis of design, technology, flexibility, and a future-forward vision.
